This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between Aaron Amar (hereinafter referred to as the "Designer" or "Licensor") and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Licensee") who downloads, installs, or uses the typeface(s) or font(s) (hereinafter referred to as the "Font(s)" or "Font(s) Software") created by the Designer. By downloading, installing, or using the Font(s), the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

Grant of License:

Usage Rights:
The Designer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Font(s) for both commercial and personal projects, in digital and printed media, across all devices and platforms.

Restrictions:

Modification and Redistribution:
The User is strictly prohibited from modifying, copying, altering, or redistributing the Font(s) as a modified font file without explicit written consent from the Designer.

Conversion:
The User may not convert the Font(s) to other formats or technologies, such as web fonts, without written permission from the Designer.

Embedding:
The User may not embed the Font(s) in software, applications, or electronic devices unless the User has obtained a separate embedding license from the Designer.

Prohibited Uses:
The User is expressly prohibited from using the Font(s) in any way that promotes or supports violence, discrimination, or human rights violations. This includes, but is not limited to, usage in materials, graphics, or platforms that incite hatred, discrimination, or harm towards any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

Ownership and Intellectual Property:

Ownership:
The Font(s) software remains the intellectual property of the Designer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

No Transfer of Ownership:
This EULA does not grant the User any ownership rights in the Font(s), and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Designer.

Modification:

Importing as Graphical Objects:
A Licensee is permitted to import characters from the free Font(s) as graphical objects into a graphic design program and make modifications within the graphic design software only.

Limitations on Font(s) Modification:
However, a Licensee is explicitly prohibited from modifying, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works based on any free Font(s) without obtaining prior written consent from the Licensor. This restriction encompasses the editing or modification of font files themselves using font editors or software, including but not limited to FontLab Studio, Fontographer, Font Creator, TypeTool, BitFonter, Glyphs, FontStruct, RoboFont, and similar programs.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

The Font(s) is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the Designer and the User concerning the Font(s) and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.

By downloading, installing, or using the Font(s), the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this EULA. This EULA is subject to change, and the User is advised to review it periodically for any updates or modifications.
